Golden State Paint Horse Club is located, in Central California, and is a Regional club under The
American Paint Horse Association. We are a small club established in 1983, to promote the
American Paint Horse, and the American Paint Horse Industry.
We proudly promote the American Paint Horse by owning, showing, and encouraging Paint
Horse breeding for conformation, performance, and color.
We had one of the largest Paint Breed Shows in one of the 1st shows we held and were able to
give away such awards as a 2 horse trailer, a 2 stall barn by Francisco Barns, and many other
great awards to many to name while promoting horsemanship, sportsmanship, and youth
programs through the horse show.
We are now concentrating on putting on open PAC rated shows, and have one of the largest
open shows in the Central Valley to not only promote American Paint horses, but the true
meaning of horsemanship, and sportsmanship.
This will also be the first year that we dive into the realm of clinics. Please see our events
calendar for our first clinic with Terri Carrico-Contreras.
